Carlos: If you want to get your video online, you definitely need to check out You Tube. But You Tube doesn't
just own the market with online videos; there are several other sites where you can place your video. I like to
use a service called Tube Mogul, which will place your videos to multiple video sharing sites. It's a free service.
And you just go to tubemogul dot com. Now if you have an online video, it's very important to use certain best practices.
The first best practice is having a good title. So think before you even make your title, think of the keywords that you
want your site to rank for. Write them down. Pick out your three or four best keywords, maybe just the one best keyword.
Use that to make an intriguing title. This will make your video a lot easier to find. The next step when you place a video
online - right under it in the box for the description. Make sure you put in a link to your website. You Tube will
automatically turn this into a website link. Use the full website URL, including the http as that will make this a link. If you
don't use the full URL, then it won't be a link, so definitely do that. Als, edit your video and put a URL to your website
at`the bottom of your video. That way if it is shared on You Tube, then you'll still be able to get credit for that and get
backlinks to your site from there.
