When you\u2019re first at something, you can pretty much \u201cown the franchise\u201d. And when you can do that PLUS be outstanding at connecting with your customers, you can reach that Top Of Mind status reserved for the Amazon\u2019s, and eBay\u2019s and Zappos.<\/p>\n
